Die Biotechnologie kann entscheidend zu mehr Klimaschutz, einer ressourcensparenden Kreislaufwirtschaft und der medizinischen Versorgung der Zukunft beitragen, indem sie biologische Prozesse technisch nutzbar macht. Die Landesregierung startet jetzt den zweiten Aufruf der F\u00f6rderwettbewerbe ZukunftBIO.NRW<\/a>, um Innovationen aus der Biotechnologie in Nordrhein-Westfalen schneller zur Marktreife zu bringen. Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen sowie Start-ups k\u00f6nnen sich bis zum 3. Mai 2023 an den F\u00f6rderwettbewerben zu biobasierter Industrie, Zukunftsmedizin und Infektiologie beteiligen. F\u00fcr den zweiten F\u00f6rderaufruf stehen rund zehn Millionen Euro bereit.
